AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS
ORDINANCE CODE - PARKING LOTS - ENFORCEMENT AND ORDINANCE
NO . 1606
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE : Section 62205 of Chapter 62 of the Redlands Ordinance
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 62205. NON-PAYMENT. The failure of such owner or
operator to pay said penalty within thirty (30) days shall
subject such owner or operator to the infraction penalty pro-
vided for the violations of the provisions of this Code.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
this city.
