AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS
ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 62, PARKING LOTS, AND ORDINANCE NO. 1606
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Redlands Ordinance Code,
Article 621, Regulations, Section 62104, Bicycles, Skateboards ,
Etc. , be amended to read as follows :
62104 . BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ETC.
a) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride upon
any bicycle, roller skate or skates , skateboard,
or other similar contrivance in any municipal
parking facility.
b) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride upon
any bicycle, roller skate, skateboard, or other
contrivance upon any sidewalk within any business
district within the City of Redlands . Business
district will be any business district as defined
by Section 235 of the California Vehicle Code.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.
