The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
Section One: That Section Ton (d) of Ordinance No. 932 is hereby
amended to read as follows
Section Ton (d): It :;hall be unlawful between the hours
of 9:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M1. inclusive, excepting Sundays and
Holidays for any person to cause, allow, permit, or suffer any
ral-Aclas registered in his nam or operated or controlled by him to
be upon ths said parking lot in any space adjacent to which a
parking meter in installed at any- times during which the meter
is showing a signal indicating that such space is illegally in
use other t'ian such time as may be absolutely necessary in entering
and leaving such space to operate the =ter. That each hour of
ccntinued parking during which the meter is showing a signal
indicating that such space is illegally in use shall constitute
a separate offense and shall be punishable therat
Section.2�TwoThat the City Clerk shall certify to the passe-ge
of this Ordinance and shall ca=6 the owe to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts,, a newspaper of general circulation,$
printed and published in this city .
Section Thre , That it is necessary that this Ordinance shaall
