AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
CHAPTER 18.216 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING
AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREAS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 18.216.100.4 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4. Financial institutions and public utilities:
a "The charge shall be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00);
provided, however, the charge for any wholly-owned subsidiary of a
financial institution or public utility shall be seventy-five dollars
($75.00),"
Section 2. That Section 18.216.100.5 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5. Nonprofit organizations and miscellaneous space use:
a. The charge shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00)."
Section 3. That Section 18.216.100.8 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"8. Minimum assessment fee:
a. A minimum amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be charged any
one business in Parking and Business Improvement Area B."
Section 4. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter this ordinance shall take
effect as provided by law.

December, 2005, by the following vote:
