AMENDING THE REDLAZDS ORDINANCE CODE

FHOLLOJI:
SECTION ONE. That the Redlands ondinance Code be amended
by addition of the following. . . . . . . .unless otherwise
posted. " to Chapter 72, Section 72226. LOITERING -A

PUBLIC PLACES PARK RULES Sec,, 72224
§ 72224. REMOVING "RESERVED" SIGNS. To
remove from any park equipment, any sign indicating that
such equipment is reserved. (918:2 :x)
§ 72225. DRINKING. To drink any spiritous,
vinous, malt or mixed liquors. (918i2 :w)
§ 72226. LOITERING AT NIGHT. To remain,
stay or loiter in any public park between the hours of
eleven (11:00) o'clock p.m. and seven (7:00) o'clock a.m.
of the following day, unless otherwise posted. (1389)
§ 72227® TOILETS: ENTERING. No male person
over the age of eight (8) years shall enter any ladies
toilet within the said parks or shall go into the vault
of any such toilet. (918: 2:z)
§ 72228. GOING NEAR. No man or boy over
the age of eight shall go or be allowed to go within
twenty feet of such toilet, except the park employees
may enter upon said premises at proper hours for the
purpose of cleaning and repair (State Law as to
Loitering at Toilets in Parks: California Penal Code,
Sec. 647a (2) ) (918: 2: z)
§ 72229. DEFACING. No person shall cut or
deface the walls of any toilet or structure within the
said parks or shall cut or write thereon any names, words,
or any obscene or indecent or other language, (918:2:z)
