AN ORDINANCE OF THE 1 "Y OF REDLANDS
AMENDING SECTIONS 113, 118 E lq 15 of 'r Finance 10. 430.
The Boarc1 of Trustees of the City of Refflands tl« ordain as followst
eetion Section 113 of ordinance No . 430 is hereby amended b
adding; to said section the following, to wit :-
very firm, corgor do , journeyman or master plumber shall in addition
to the requirements of said: act give a bond in favor of said Cit, in the
penal sum of 4500.- with two good and sufficient sureties, or a reliable
surety Company for He faithful ponformance of his or its duties a
plumber, and fo7 the faithful Derf ormance of such work in full compliance
with any ordinance of oadd city relating thereto no.tik in force or that may
horeaft er be adopted and which bond shall enure to the benefit of said
city, and alio to all purnons owning property whore any such sewer work
small or may be done, and which said bond shall be approved by the Board
of 'Trustees of said City, or the City Clerk.
Provided that such bond shall not be required from any journeyman or
master plumber doing plumbing work as an employee for any person,firm or
corporation giving such band. The piping of houses and structures for

The plumbing ins pevty hall be entitled to charge or receive the follow
Ing fees, to wit . �'� r each plumbing or gas permit issued by him.25 cent
cents , for each sewer permit for sire t connection,25 cents. A fee o
0 cents for inspection for the ist plumbing fixture and 25 cents for
each additional fixture; for each inspection of sewer or cesspool, l•0'0 .
for each outlet ,at which gas is controlled or used ,not exceeding 4. 11

to remove any defective work or unsound material and a ,second inspection
required , and additional foe of one dollar ( 41- 00 ) shall be paid. A fee

been, paid. When it aDwears to the satisfaction of the plumbing
inspector that the requirements of this ordinance have been complied with,
a final certificate of inspection shall be issued.

shall male a quarterly statement to the Board of Trustees of said city of
all moneys collected and from whom, giving an itemized statement of all
fees collected by him upon each job cif�work inspected. Said quarterly
statement shall be rendered in January, April, July and October of each
