AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTIONS
2374. 2, 41303 . 2 AND 64301 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ORDI-
NANCE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: Sections 2374. 2, 41303 . 2 and 64301 of the City
of Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2374.2 APPLICATION FEE NOT REFUNDABLE. At
the time of making application for police registration,
a non-returnable fee of five dollars ($5 .00) , in addi-
tion to the State of California costs for the processing
of non-criminal fingerprints, shall be paid to the City
Treasurer to cover the cost of investigation and regis-
tration.
Sec. 41303 :2 APPLICATION FEE NOT REFUNDABLE. At
the time of making application for police registration,
a non-returnable fee of five dollars ($5 .00) , in addi-
tion to the State of California costs for the processing
of non-criminal fingerprints, shall be paid to the City
Treasurer to cover the cost of investigation and regis-
tration .
Sec. 64301 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT. Each person
applying for a taxicab driver-' s permit shall make appli-
cation at the Office of the City Treasurer and pay a
non-returnable fee of five dollars ($5 .00) , in addition
to the State of California costs for the processing of
non-criminal fingerprints.
SECTION TWO: Each provision of this ordinance shall be sep-
arate and severable, and in the event any specific provision is
declared void or invalid, no other section, otherwise legal and
valid, shall be affected thereby.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION FOURz The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to he published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.
