i4i ordinance of the City of Redlands prohibiting
making of false reports to the Police Department.
The City Council of the City of Redlands do ordain
as follows:
ShCTION I , No person shall wilfully make to the
Police Department o"Lthe City of Redlands, any false,
misleading or unfounded report, for the purpose of inter-
fering with the operation of the Police Department or with
the intention of -misleading any police officer.
SECTION 2, Any person, firm of corporation violating
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished by imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months or
by a fine of not to exceed Five Hundred ($50"1.00) Dollars,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
I hereby certify, that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the City Council, City of Redlands at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 5tl'i Januar y,1954 by the
following vote:
