An Ordinance of the City of Redlands prohibiting
impersonation.
The City Council of the City of Redlands do ordain
as f ollours;
5ECTION 1. No person over the age of sixteen years
sh-LI1 by costume, makeup, or disguise impersonate a person
of the opposite sex on or in any public street, sidewalk
park or Place, except when such costume, makeup or disguise
is worn or assumed in participation of some public celeb-
ration, holiday, parade or event.
SECTION 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprison-
ment not to exceed six months or by a fine of not to exceed
$500,00, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the City Council, City of Redlands at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 5th January, 19,54 by the
following vote:
