ORDINANCE NO. 1801
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1788 , AN ORDINANCE
IMPLEMENTING THE INITIATIVE ORDINANCE KNOWN AS
PROPOSITION "R"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain
as follows :
SECTION ONE: That the following be added to Section II ,
Category C, Part 4 of ordinance No. 1788 entitled "Storm and
Flood Drainage" :
b. Points shall be awarded to single 10
family residential projects to be
built on lots no less than one
acre net. This subsection shall
not apply to planned unit
developments , planned residential
developments, condominiums ,
multiple family developments, and
mobile home park developments .
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in this city.
