ORDINANCE NO. 1825
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS
ORDINANCE CODE AND ORDINANCE NO. 1788 (THE IMPLEMENTATION
ORDINANCE UNDER PROPOSITION "R" ) TO CLARIFY EXEMPTION FOR.
CERTAIN SPECIAL HOUSING PROJFCTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: That SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS , D - "Exempt from
Allocation, " Paragraph 4 of Chapter 94 of the Redlands Ordinance
Code be amended as follows:
4 . A residential development constructed
pursuant to the authorization given in
November, 1978 , by Ballot Measures "B"
and "S. "
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general ;rculation printed and published
in this city. ,

I , Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk, City of Redlands , hereby certify
that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of September,
1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Gorman, Martinez, Johnson;
Mayor Roth
NOES : None
