The CITY COLXCSL«of the CITY of
REDLANDS does ordain- as-follows:
SECTION I. That an,amendment to
the Contract between the CITY
COUNCIL of the CITY of REDLANDS+
and the Board of Administration,
California State Employees` Retire-
ment System is hereby authorized, a
copy of said amendment being at'
tached hereto, marked "Exhibit A,"�
tan(' by suchreference madea part)
hereof as though herein set out in full.
SECTION 3. The MAYOR of the.
CITY COUNCIL is hereby authorized,
empowered. and directed to execute
said amendment for and on behalf of
said CITY of REDLANDS.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall
take effect THIRTY days after the date
of this adoption, and prior to the
expiration of FIVE days from the
passage thereof shalt be published at
least ONCE in the REDLANDS DAILY i
FACTS. a newspaper of general cir-
culation, published andcirculated
in the CITY OF REDLANDS ands
thenceforth and thereafter the samei
shall be in force and effect.
