agree as follows:

B. Paragrra�phs 7 (a) and 7 (b) shall be stricken fron. said contract and the follog-
ing paragraphs substituted tuted therefor:

bute the follvwring percentages of monthly salaries earned as miscella-

(1.) 2.173 percent until dune 30, 1974 on account of the liability
for prior service benefits.
(2) 5.993 percent on account of the liability for current service
benef;ts-,
7 (b) With. respect to local safety members, the public agency shall contribute

the following -percentages of monthly salaries earned as local safety

(1) 1.544 percent- until June 30, 1974 on account of the liab41ity
for prior service benefits.
(2) 10.6.E percent on account of the liability for c=-rent service
benefits.
