AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 18.60 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES IN THE R-3
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1$.60.030 relating to "permitted uses" is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"18.60.030 Permitted Uses
Principal permitted uses in the R-3 District include:
A. One single-family dwelling on each lot;
B. Two-family dwellings, either in one structure or in two detached structures;
C. Apartment dwellings, either in one structure or a group of strictures. Each structure
shall contain three or more dwelling units."
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts,a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City;and thereafter,this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
