ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A PRIVATE PROJECT
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Professional Services ("Agreement") dated April 5, 2021 ("effective date"), by and between the
City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Environment Planning Development
Solutions, Inc , dba EPD Solutions, Inc , ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 7th day of
September, 2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement
to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30, 2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4 1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 1 Consultant shall commence the Services on the Effective Date of this Agreement and
complete the Services by June 30, 2022, unless the Services are terminated earlier as provided for
herein "
Section 2 The project schedule contamed within Exhibit "A" of the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety, and substituted with a new project schedule in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "1 "
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and m effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of September 7, 2021
