ORDINANCE NO. 1060
AN ORDIN.&NCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS REPEALING SECTIONS 6323 AND
6351 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that Section 6323 and Section 6351 of the Redlands
Ordinance Code enacted on the 7th day of June, 1955 , be and the
sane in hereby repealed.
Section 6323. DEPOSIT OF FUNDS. x.11 funds so
collected shall be delivered by the Chief of Police to the
City Treasurer.
Seetion 6351. FINE: IMPRISONMENT. Every person,
firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than twenty-
five dollars (325oOO) or by imprisonment in the City Jail for
a period of not more than ten (14) days, or by bath such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 6351.1 EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance
shall take effect in 30 days and prior to fifteen days from
the passage hereof shall be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Redlands, California.
