AN LED MANCE OF THE CITY (F RSIDL!i,NJ1)S DECLARING DITENTION TO CLOSE A 30-FOOT RIGHT-
CF-WAY BETWE D- 1 CYPRESS PITD CLIFTCK.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTICK ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby elects to
proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate a part of a street in the
manner provided therein,
SECTICUT Tl,G: This City Council does hereby declare that it is the in-
tention of this City Council to order the vacation of that certain 30 foot wide
right-of-way lying Southwesterly of and adjacent to Lot 5, in Block My «, of
addition ?Yo. 9 to the Second Prel:Lninary Map of Redlands, in the City of Redlands.,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of
Maps) page 9, records of said County.
SECTI(V THREE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
place of Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described proposed
street closing, and the time at which any person or agent should present any ob-
jection to the aforesaid street vacation,, at R e d 1,a-p 2s on the 8V1 day of
Jwivary _ 1957, in the re(ular meeting place of the City Council in the
City Hall, Redlands., California.
SECTIW : OUR: This ordinance shall take effect in 30 days and prior to
fifteen clays from the passage hereof small be published once in. the Redlands Daily
Facto, a newspaper of general circulation,, printed and published in the City of
Redlands,, California.
