AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AMENDING SECTIONS
OF ARTICLE 833 IN THE RED-
LANDS ORDINANCE CODE CON-
CERNING SEWER CONNECTION,
EXTENSION.
Be It ordained by the City Council
of the City of Redlands that the fol-
lowing sections of Article 835 of the
Redlands Ordiance Code enacted the
7th day of June, 1955, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 6355, PAYMENT INTO
SEWER FUND. If there be no other
persons entitled to refunds herein, the
same shall be paid into the Sewer
Rental Fund of the City of Redlands.
Section 8356. PAYMENT INTO
FUND OF NONREFUNDABLE FEES.
All fees and charges, or any part
thereof, not refundable shall be paid
into the Sewer Rental Fund,
Section 8356.1. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall take effect in 30
days and prior to fifteen days from the
passage hereof shall be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed
and published in the City of Redlands,
California.

Council of the City of Redlands, at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the
18th day of June, 1957, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen Parker, Ward,
Wilson and Mayor Lamm.
NTOES: None.
ASSENT: Councilman Martinez.
