The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows: Section One: That Section Two of Ordinance No. 966 of the City of Redlands is hereby amended to read as follows: Section Two: That service from the city sewerage system to premises outside the city limits shall be made at the discretion of the City Council and the owner shall first pay a frontage charge of(3) three dollars per front foot with a minimum charge of$300 per connection. Section Two: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its passage in the manner and form required by law. Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Redlands. /s/Charles C.
