ORDINANCE NO. 1152
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 966 ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA FIXING AND ESTABLISHING
CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES FURNISHED BY THE CITY
SEWERAGE SYSTEM OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS AND PROVIDING FOR
COLLECTION OF THE SAME.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
Section One: That Section Two of Ordinance No. 966 of the City of Redlands is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section Two: That service from the city sewerage system to premises
outside the city limits shall be made at the discretion of the City Council and the owner
shall first pay a frontage charge of(3) three dollars per front foot with a minimum charge
of$300 per connection.
Section Two: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its passage in
the manner and form required by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and
shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of
general circulation within the City of Redlands.

I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was passed by the City Council of
the City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of September,
1960, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Martinez, Ward, Burroughs, Wilson, Mayor Parker
