ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance regulating the heighth of awnings above the
sidewalks.

The board of trustees of the city of Redlands do ordain
as follows:-

section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person
to construct,place,maintain or permit to be maintained or
I
used any awning over any sidewalk within the city of Red--
. �
lands,the lowest part of which,including the hanging
border thereof,shall be less than 6 1/2 feet above the
i top of the sidewalk.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take affect and j
be in force from and after the day of November,1903.
