AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 206 RELATING TO
SIGN CODE, GENERAL REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 15.36
SECTION ONE: That the City of Redlands Municipal Code shall be
amended as follows.-

D. Where there is a change in name of the owner of a property
with a multi-tenant pole signs? , all such signs shall be
brought into full compliance with this Code prior to the
expiration of one hundred eighty (180) days subsequent to
the date upon which the transaction takes effect, except
that a sign which was legally installed in compliance with
ordinances in effect at the time of installation may be
maintained and individual businesses allowed to change
with the existing multi-tenant layout for a period of ten
years.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in this City.
