HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1385_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1385 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1342 REGULATING SIGNS AND ADVERTISING STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That a sub-paragraph "h" reading as follows shall be and is added to paragraph 4 of SECTION XII - Signs Authorized in Certain Zones: h. Areas adjacent to certain portions of Redlands Boulevard. Businesses and commercial activities in the C-3 zone that have frontage on the south side of Redlands Boulevard shall be permitted signs as authorized in the C-4 zone except that pole signs shall be limited to a maximum height of twenty (20) feet. SECTION TWO: That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated for that purpose.
