Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any persob to ride,
i
run or propel any motorcyrcle,automobile or any z.id.ing machine '
or vehicle
� propelled by eleetrioity ,gasoline or steam power
i s
j upon. or along the roadway in that certain public park in
i
said city commonly known as"Smiley Park" ,being situated in
f Sniley Park Addition and in the Orange Grove Addition to said
city,provided that thei
provisions of this section shall not
lapply to prevent the use of such Machines or vehicles upon: e

Ithat portion of the roadway in said Park known as Parkwood
Istreet ,including ingress and egress thereto from the *est

Section 2. Any person who shall vioiate any of the provis-
1 inns of this ordinance; shall be deemed guilty of a misdemean---

±orvand upon conviction thereofshall be: punishable by a e
