ORDINANCE NO. 1755
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMEND-
MENT NO. 1 TO SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 23 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1750
WHEREAS, studies conducted by the Planning Department indicate
that it is necessary and desirable to direct the attention of future
developers of property within the Specific Plan area of drainage con-
siderations; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared an amendment to Specific Plan No. 23 and adopted such amendment in
R.P. C. Resolution No. 549 after holding a public hearing upon such
notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No. 549 , a copy of which is attached
hereto, has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands ;
and
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of September, 1981, a notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on this 15th day of September, 1981, the City Council
has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a specific plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redlands does
ordain as follows:
That amendment to the Specific Plan adopted by the Planning
Commission in Resolution No. 549 shall be adopted as follows :
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 23
XI . DRAINAGE
The entire area under consideration constitutes a
drainage area. All developers, contractors and
their agents will be required to provide adequate
drainage facilities, and to comply with all perti-
nent ordinances and resolutions in effect at the
time of development.
