HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1798_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1798 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 26 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre- pared a Specific Plan and adopted such plan in R.P.C . Resolution No. 572, after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No. 572 has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and WHEREAS, on the 11th day of September, 1982 , a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts ; and WHEREAS, on this 21st day of September, 1982, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does hereby ordain: SECTION ONE: That Specific Plan No. 26 adopted by the Planning Commission in R.P .C. Resolution No . 572 shall be adopted as follows: SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 26 To adopt a specific plan of development for 35 acres of property generally located north of Barton Road, east of Alabama Street, west of Kansas Street, and south of Orange Avenue. SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
