AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. I TO SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 26
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared a Specific Plan and adopted such Plan in R.P.C. Resolution
No. 645, after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance
with the Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No . 645 has been certified to the
City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of June, 1985, a Notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1985, the City Council held
a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed amendment
to the specific plan, at which time said public hearing was held;
and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does
hereby ordain:
SECTION ONE: That Amendment No. 1 to Specific Plan No. 26
by the Planning Commission in R.P.C. Resolution No. 645 shall be
adopted as follows:
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 26
To adopt Amendment No. 1 to the specific plan of development
for approximately 36 . 96 acres of land generally located north
of Barton Road, east of Alabama Street, west of Kansas Street,
and south of Orange Avenue.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this City.

the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of July, 1985, by the
following vote:
AYES: COuncilmembers Johnson, DeMirjyn, Larsen;
NOES: Mayor Beswick
None
ABSENT: Councilman Martinez
