AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN NO, 28
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared a Specific Plan and adopted such Plan in R.P.C. Resolution No.
573 , after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance
with the Government Code of the State of. California; and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No . 573 has been certified to the City
Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of September, 1982, a Notice of. Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on this 21st day of September, 1982 , the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does
hereby ordain:
SECTION ONE: That Specific Plan No. 28 adopted by the Planning
Commission in R.P.C. Resolution No . 573 shall be adopted as follows :
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 28
To adopt a specific plan of development for approxi-
mately 10 acres of property located on the west side
of Wabash Avenue, 660 feet south of Lugonia Avenue.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city . '

certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of September,
1982 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Martinez, and Johnson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers Roth and Gorman
