ORDINANCE NO. 1802
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 31
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared a Specific Plan and adopted such Plan in R. P. C. Resolution No.
576 , after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance
with the Government Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, R. P. C. Resolution No. 576 has been certified to the City
Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of December, 1982 , a Notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts, and on the 4th day
of January, 1983 , the City Council held a duly advertised public
hearing concerned with the proposed Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does
hereby ordain :
SECTION ONE : That Specific Plan No. 31 adopted by the Planning
Commission in R. P.C. Resolution No. 576 shall be adopted as follows :
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 31
To adopt a specific plan of development to establish
a precise alignment for the continuation of Orange
Tree Lane easterly of Tract No. 11535 within the
area bounded by said Tract, Lugonia Avenue , Alabama
Street, and the I-10 Freeway.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts , a newpaper of general circulation Tinted and published in this
city.

the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a regu-
lar meeting thereof held on the 21st day of December, 1982 , by the
following vote :
AYES : Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Martinez, and Johnson
NOES : Councilmember Gorman; Mayor Roth
ABSENT: None
