AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLAND ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 32 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1811
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Redlands adopted Specific Plan No. 32 by
Ordinance No. 1811 on February 15, 1983; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and desirable to delete the "Office Industrial" district
from Specific Plan No. 32 within the area on the south side of Sessums Drive and to make the
appropriate deletions of exhibits within the Specific Plan with reference to this District; and
WHEREAS, all provisions of the Redlands Municipal Code and the California Government
Code relating to the amendment to the Specific Plan have been complied with, including public
publication of notice on the 14th day of March, 2003 and holding a public hearing on the 25th day
of March, 2003; and
WHEREAS,following the public hearing,the Planning Commission has determined that the
health,safety and general welfare would be served by the proposed amendment to Specific Plan No.
32 and has recommended the amendment to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Specific Plan No. 32 is hereby amended by the adoption of Amendment No. 1,
as recommended by the Planning Commission, to delete the "Office Industrial" area of 17.44 acres
from the Specific Plan boundary which is area generally on the south side of Sessums Drive and
identified in the exhibits to the Specific Plan.
Section 2. The portion of Specific Plan No. 32 dealing with Introduction Section I Project
Location is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Redlands Aviation Park Specific Plan consists of approximately 65.06 acres generally
located on south side of the Redlands Municipal Airport. The westerly boundary is Judson Street
and the southerly boundary is Pioneer Avenue. This more accurately depicts the project boundaries
and in addition indicates existing conditions such as improvements of the instruments..."
Section 3. Exhibit"2"to the Redlands Aviation Park site plan is hereby deleted and replaced
by the attached Exhibit""2" to this Ordinance.
Section 4. Master Plan Two section two Master Plans and subsection on"Office Industrial,"
on page 5 of Specific Plan No. 32 is deleted in its entirety.

Section 5. Exhibit"3"of the Redlands Aviation Park Specific Plan No.32 Land Use diagram
is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the attached Exhibit "3".
Section 6. Section two Master Plan in the paragraph describing Pioneer Avenue found on
page 6 and the reference to Cortez found on page 7 are deleted in their entireties.
Section 7. The Redlands Aviation Park Specific Plan No. 32 circulation Exhibit "4" is
deleted in its entirety and replaced by the attached Exhibit 'W'.
Section 8. Development standards section three and Exhibit "5" of the Redlands Aviation
Parks Specific PIan 32 infrastructure is deleted in its entirety and attached Exhibit "5".
Section 9. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
