AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTION EV3.0115 OF
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 40 (EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN) BY ADOPTING A
REVISED LAND USE DISTRICT MAP AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE MAP AND
EFFECTING AMENDMENT NO. 8 to SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 40
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION ONE: Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the
City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California
Conservation and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries, as
shown on Supplement Map Amendment No. 8 to Specific Plan No. 40, attached hereto, are hereby
approved and adopted as part of the Official Land Use Map as provided for in Section EV3.0115 of
Specific Plan No. 40 and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City
of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes a change of zoning classification from the
EV/OS (Open Space) District to the EV/CG(General Commercial) District of Specific Plan No. 40
for property located on the north side of San Bernardino Avenue, west of the State Route 30
Freeway. Said change of zone is in conformity with the General Plan.
SECTION THREE: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.

adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of July, 1996, by the
following vote:
