HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2444_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2444 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 40 AND AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 2432, 2364, 2322, 2321 AND 2320 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has reviewed Amendment No. 14 to Specific Plan No. 40 after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, on the 18th day of July, 2000, the City Council held a duly-noticed public hearing concerned with the proposed specific plan amendment; and WHEREAS, a mitigation measure monitoring program has been adopted to ensure compliance during project implementation; and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN as follows: SECTION ONE: That Amendment No. 14 to Specific Plan No. 40 shall be adopted by addition of the following: "Section EV3.1413 Conditionally Permitted Uses The following uses may be permitted subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission. Determinations regarding similar uses not specifically listed shall be made pursuant to Section EV3.0135(b): (1) Recycling operations for rock, sand,gravel, and waste concrete and asphalt." SECTION TWO: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.
