AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS.
2295, 2320, 2321, 2322, 2364, 2432, 2444 and 2473 (WHICH TOGETHER COMPRISE THE
EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN) BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 18 TO
THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN(SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 40)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Figure 4.1,Circulation Plan of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan,which was
adopted by Ordinance No. 2295,and subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos. 2320,2321,2322,
2364,2432,2444 and 2473 is hereby amended by changing the location and alignment of Palmetto
Avenue and Marigold Street as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk will certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
