AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS.
2295, 2320, 2321, 2322, 2364, 2432, 2444, 2473, 2479 AND 2496 (WHICH TOGETHER
COMPRISE THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN) BY ADOPTING
AMENDMENT NO. 21 TO THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SPECIFIC
PLAN NO. 40)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Land Use District Map,the relevant portion of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A," which is identified in the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan, is hereby amended by
changing the land use designation for the property located at 1961-1991 West Redlands Boulevard
(southeast corner) from Commercial-Industrial District to the General Commercial District of the
East Valley Corridor Specific Plan.
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk will certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
