AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 2295,
2320, 2321, 2322, 2364, 2432, 2444, 2473, AND 2479 (WHICH TOGTHER COMPRISE
THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN) BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 22
TO THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 40)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Figure 4.1, Circulation Plan of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan, which
was adopted by Ordinance Nos. 2295. and subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos.
2320. 2321 . 2322, 2364. 2432, 2444. 2473 and 2479 is hereby amended by deleting a
segment of Marigold Avenue between San Bernardino Avenue and Lugonia Avenue and
relocating the planned easterly alignment of Lugonia Avenue with Mountain View Avenue
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. Figure 4-20. Trails Map of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan, which was
adopted by Ordinance Nos. 2295, and subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos. 2320.
2321. 2322. 2364, 2432, 2444, 2473 and 2479 is hereby amended to relocate a planned
Class III equestrian, pedestrian and Class I bikeway trail along the Southern California
Edison Easement westerly to the east side of Mountain View Avenue between Lugonia
Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 3. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk will certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in
the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and
thereafter.. this ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
