AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS REPEALING ORDINANCE
NOS. 2295, 2320, 2321, 2322, 2364, 2432, 2444, 2473, 2479, 2486, 2488, 2496,
2500 AND 2508 RELATING TO THE EAST VALLEY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC
PLAN (SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 40)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Nos,2295,2320,2321,2322,2364,24 32,2444,2473,2479, 2486,
2488, 2496, 2500 and 2508 of the Redlands Municipal Code relating to the East Valley Corridor
Specific Plan (Specific Plan No. 40) are hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and thereafter, this
ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of January, 2003.
