AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SPECIFIC PLAN
NO. 41 (CrIRUS VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER)RELATING TO HOURS OF
OPERATION.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section entitled "Hours of operation" of the text of Specific Plan No. 41
is hereby deleted in its entirety and rewritten to read as follows:
"Hours of Operation
All commercial activity in the Citrus Village Shopping Center shall be prohibited
between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 am.; provided, however, that any use may seek
an exemption from this prohibition by one hour in the morning (to 5 a.m.) for that
use's particular purposes by approval of a conditional use permit. This provision
shall not apply to the time limitations in the 'Ofd Street Loading section of this
Specific Plan."
Sgg,on 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it, or
a summary of it, to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in this City.
