AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 45 AND AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 2185 AND 2269
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Specific Plan No. 45 (as adopted by Ordinance Nos. 2185 and 2269) is hereby
amended by the adoption of Amendment No. 3 as recommended by the Planning
Commission as follows:
"Section III B-3 of Specific Plan No. 45 relating to permitted uses in the TCH
(Town Center Historic) District is hereby amended to allow "Skateboard Parks" as
a miscellaneous permitted land use subject to approval of a Conditional Use
Permit."
Section 2. Ordinance Nos. 2185 and 2269 are hereby amended by the adoption of
Amendment No. 3 to Specific Plan No. 45.
Section 3. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, and
thereafter, this ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.

ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th
day October, 1997, by the following vote:
