HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2591_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2591 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLXNDS AIVIENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 2185, 2269, 2338, 2398, 2415, 25I6, 2538 and 2572 RELATING TO PARKING STANDARDS FOR THE TOWN CENTER HISTORIC DISTRICT OF CITY OF REDLANDS SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 45 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section III C of City of Redlands Specific Plan No. 45 is hereby amended to read as follows: "2. Town Center Historic (TC-H) District 2.1 All property development standards of the Town Center (TC) District shall apply to the Town Center-Historic (TC-H) District with the exception of the following provisions: a. Maximum building height and number of stories: three stories not to exceed fifty-five (55) feet. b• Front and side streets setback: no requirement. C. Building lines: a minimum of fifty percent of the front ground level facade must be located within ten (10) feet of the front property line. d• Landscaping: landscaped area is not required on lots 5,000 square feet or less. 2.2 Parking exemption for specified restaurants. Restaurants located in historic buildings that front on the east side of Orange Street, north of Redlands Boulevard and south of the BNSF Railroad tracks (206 through 360 Orange Street), shall not be required to comply with the Town Center parking standards or the parking requirements of Redlands Municipal Code section 18.164.240 for the provision of customer parking spaces only, to the extent such parking requirements would be applicable to such restaurants."
