ORDINANCE NO. 1466
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1356 AND
ARTICLE 922 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE TO PROVIDE FOR EXEMPTION
OF CERTAIN STORM DRAINS FROM PROVISIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 1356
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE:
That Section Two of Ordinance No. 1356 of the City of Redlands and
Section 92217 of the Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended with
the following addition thereto:
The Reservoir Canyon Storm Drain, located on the northeasterly side
of Redlands Boulevard between Fern Avenue and Ford Street, and the
Mill Creek Zanja Drain, for its entire length within the City of
Redlands, shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law,
SECTION THREE:
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a
newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
