I062 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE STREET SAFETY ORDINANCE, The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: Article 7.127 of Chapter 7.12, as adopted in Ordinance No. 1016, is hereby amended by adding to Section 7,1273 subsection (il to read as follows: 7.1273. INSPECTION FEE RE- QUIRED. Before the Engineer shall issue any permit to any person other than any department of the City, he shall collect from the applicant there- for inspection fees according to the following schedule: Inspection Item Fee a. Curb, or combination curb and gutter, per lin. ft.......„$0.04 b. Sidewalk and cross gutter, per sq, ft.... ................ 0.01 C. Reinforced concrete(includ- ing storm drain covers) per sq. ft............................................. 0.02 d. Driveway approaches, each- 3.00 e. Sanitary or storm sewers, or any underground utility per lin. ft................................... 0.05 f. Manholes, curb inlets, catch basins, each ............................. 4.00 g. Paving, roadway grading and subgrade preparations, per sq. ft..................................... 0.001 h. House sewer connections, where no "Y" branch exists 5.00 1. Street Iights, city owned, each ................. ...................... 3.00 SECTION TWO: Effective date: this ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circula- tion printed and published in this City.
