elects. to proceed under the rwovisions of Di-%daion 9, Part 3., Chapter 2
of the Streets and Iligh-my Code of the State of California and to vacate
a part of a street :Ln the Manmr provided therein.
SECTION TVD: This Clity Ccrancil does hereby declare that it is
the intention of this City Council to order the vacation of a portion of
Sunset Drive (formerly called Cliff Avenue) described as follows.-
All that portion of iv set Drive (formerly called Cliff Avenue)
lying southerly of the following described line:
COmencing at the inter se-0tion Of the center line of said Sunset
Drive with the N'orth Line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest

Vaction shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for
inspection by interested persons.
SECTION SIX: 11be City Council hereby fixes the time and date and place
Of Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described proposed street
closing_, and the time at Which any person or agent should pr sent arq Objections
to the aforesaid street vacatjon, at 7:00 P.M. on the 17th day of May, 1960,,
