AS 0iWINANCS OF INTiATION TO CLOSE A PORTIUM OF FORSST DRIVE AND
SUCALYPTU6 DRIVS
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as
follows;
SIXTION 01,1z's The City Council of the City of %edlands
hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part
30 Chupter 2 of the Streets and Hiaiiways Cod* at the J)tate of Cali—
fornia and to vacate a part of a street in the manner provided
therein.
3LOTION TWO; This City �;ounoil does hereby declare that
it is the intention of this City u;ouncil t3 order the vacation of
a portion of Forest Drive and a portion of E*ucalyptus Drive,
described as fall s:
All of 30 foot wide Forost 11"j.,ive lying northeasterly of,
aad adJacent to Lot 159 of Tract No. 2199, Westwood
Subdivision So. 19 in the City of Redlandav County of
San bernardlzo, 3tate of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 32 of Mapst Page 13 and 14, reocrds
of said county.

telephone linea, railroad lines, and for the transportation or
distribution of electric energy, petroleum and its products,
aamonia, water, and incidental purposes, including access and the
right to keep the property free from infla wable materials, and
Wood growth, and otherwise protect the same from all hazards in,
upon and over the street or paxt thereof proposed to be vacated.

the vacation of the portion of the city street, namely Forest
Drive and I&Voalyptuss Drive, described herein, 1s required by public
interests convenience, safety and welfare.

Gity Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons.
