ORDINANCE NO. 1057
AN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF PARK AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as
follows :
SECTION. ONE; The City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby electf:,. -to proceed under the provisions of Division 9 , Part 31
Chapter 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California
and to vacate a part of a street in the manner provided therein.
SECTION T-VIO: This City Council does hereby declare that
it is the intention of this City Council to order the vacation of
a portion of Park .venue , described as follows :
The North 8 feet and the South 8 feet of Park Avenue
lying between New York Street and Tennessee Street,
also lying between Blocks 26 and 27 , Barton Ranch,
as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps , page 19 ,
records of San Bernardino County, California.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and
data and place of Public Hearing of all matters concerning the
above-described proposed street closing, and the time at which any
person or agent should present any objection to the aforesaid street
vacation, at *0 P. M, on the Lday of A/1 ct;
1957 , in the regular meeting place of the City Council in the City
Hall, Redlanas , California.
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall take effect in 30
days and prior to fifteen days from the passage hereof shall be
published in the City of Redlands , California.
