AN ORDINANCE CF TIM CITY CF REDLOW DECL&RDTG THE INTENTIM TO CLOSE A PCIMON CF
SUNNYSIDE AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows;
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Hedlands hereby elects to
proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3,, Chapter 2 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate a part of a street in the
manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare that it is the in-
tention. of this City Council to order the vacation of all that portion of Sub-Lot 4,
of Lot 4, in Block IrkTH., of Addition No. 9 to the Second Preliminary Rap of lZedlands.,
in the City of Redlands., County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page 9., records of said County, described as follows:
COMUNCING at the centerline intersection of Clifton Avenue and
Sunnyside Avenue; thence along the centerline of Sunnyside Avenue,
North 49025"tibst 31-17 feet to an angle point therein; thence
North 36050930'tWest 10.63 feet; thence at right angles North
53009130'tEast 30-00 feet to the true point of beginning, said
point is the beginning of a curve, concave to the Southwest., and
whose radius is 353-10 feet; thence from, said true point of
DEGMING, and along said curve, Northwesterly 169-32 feet and
through a central angle of 27028t30't; thence South 64019'East
86.32 feet; thence South 36050t301'East 86.32 feet to the true
point of beginning.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
place of Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described proposed
street closing, and the time at which any person or agent should present any
