An Ordinance amending section 93 and repealing, section I
94 Of Ordinance No.281 of the Co f of Redlands
The board of trilstoes of the City of Redlands do ordain
as follows:— !
Section 1 : - Section 93 of Ord naanae No.2 1 of the City of
Redlands is hereby amended to .read as folio s,tca it:--
Sec.9 . No persor, shall Make any excavation in any paved

except upon a permit granted therefor by the superintendent
Of streets Of said city.

TO obtain Such Permit it a written application shall be
filed with the said street superintendent setting forth the a
name of the a pl:icant, the place where: such excavation is to
be Made,aa a roximatel.y the number of square feet of surface to

superintendent of streets a sum of Money equal to eine dollar
for each square foot of surface to be excavated as oet forth
in such applisation,or in pla.oe thereof,a sufficient bond ,to

Said bond shall. be signed, by the applicant and two suretils
Said bond shall recite that it is
