ORDINANCE NO. 1669
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE
CODE, CHAPTER 92, AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 1562, SECTION 10,
ENTITLED EXPIRATION OF TENTATIVE MAP APPROVAL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Redlands Ordinance
Code and Ordinance No. 1562 is hereby amended to read:
Section 10. EXPIRATION OF TENTATIVE MAP APPROVAL
(a) Expiration. The approval or conditional approval of a
tentative map shall expire (12) months from the date the map
was approved or conditionally approved.
SECTION TWO : This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city.
