HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1209_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1209 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINkNCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA - ORDINANCE NO. 921 - ADOPTED NOVEMBER $, 1.950, BY AMENDING PARAGRAPH 2, SUBSECTION (b) of SECTION 3 AND PARAGRAPH 4. SUBSECTION (c) of SECTION4. The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That Paragraph 3, Subsection (b) of Section 3 of said Ordinance No. 921 of the City of Redlands, is hereby amended to read as follows: The tentative map shall be prepared in accordance with the "Subdivision Map Act" and the provisions of this Ordinance and fourteen (14) copies shall be filed with the City Planning Commission. Such filing shall be prior to the completion of final surveys of streets and lots and before the start of any grading or construction work with the proposed sub- division, record of survey, split or division of property. Fees for filing and checking by the Planning Department shall be as follows: Subdivision Tentative Maps - $50.00 plus 1.40 per lot Records of Survey - $50.00 plus 1.00 per lot Lot split - $25.00 SECTION TWO: That Paragraph 4. Subsection (c) of Section 4 of said Ordinance No. 921 of the City of Redlands, is hereby amended to read as follows: Fees for checking final maps by the City Engineer shall be as follows: Subdivision Final Maps - $50.00 plus 1.00 per lot Record of Survey (Final) - $50.00 plus 1.00 per lot Lot Split (Final) - $25.00 when street improvements are required. The fees as set in Paragraph 4, Subsection (c) of Section 4 of the said original Ordinance No. 921 are hereby repealed and the fees to be charged are to be in accordance with this amending ordinance. SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and Th—al l cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily newspaper hereby designated for that purpose. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
