AN 0?DINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS H:9917IRING THAT ALL CITY

AND REPFALTNG ORDINANCE NCR 684.
The City Council of the City of Redlands doe* ordain as
f ollows :
Section 1. That the City Council shall not approve any
subdivi,,sion, lot split, or division of land into two or more
parcels until all delinquent and current city real estate taxes
on the land to be subd,17ided or split have been paid in full.
That in the event that any current city taxes are a lien against
the property, b-at have not been determined and are not yet pay-
able, then the person, or persons , making the subdivisl"on, lot
split or division of land into two or mo.-o pari,-els shall fur-
nish a surety bond 11n, favor of the City of Redlands for twice the
amount of the taxes on suoh property for the previous ynar, in
order to insure payraent of such taxes upon their dot
Sootion 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and of its passage as provided by law.
Section, 3. The City Clerk shall, certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause same to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts, the newspaper hereby designated
for that purpose.
