AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTIONS 6423 and 6424, CHAPTER 64,
ENTITLED RTAXICABS", OF THE REDLkUDS ORDINANCE CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as followsg
SECTION ONE: That Sections 6423 and 6424 of the Redlands Ordinance
Code be amended as follow,,?,
#6423. AMOUNT OF POLICYg INUURY OR DEATH, The minimum amount
of liability insurance required under such policy shall
be $25,000.00 for the injury. or death of one person and
$1009000.00 far injury or death of rare than one person
in any one accident.
W24. PROPERTY DAMAGE. The minimum amount of liability insurance
required by such policies for damage to property as the
result of the operation of said taxicabs shall be $10,000.00.
SEC77GN T`Ov This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
rmovided by law.
SECTION THREW The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Fucts2
a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
