AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING SECTIONS 64202 AND
64203, CHAPTER 64, ENTITLED "TAXICABS , " OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE
CODE AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 1170
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: That Sections 64202 and 64203 of the Redlands
Ordinance Code be amended as follows :
64202 . AMOUNT OF POLICY: INJURY OR DEATH. The minimum
amount of liability insurance required under such
policy shall be $100, 000 .00 for the injury or
death of one person and $300, 000.00 for the
injury or death of more than one person in any
one accident.
64203 . PROPERTY DAMAGE. The minimum amount of liability
insurance required by such policies for damage to
property as the result of the operation of said
taxicabs shall be $50, 000.00.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.

of the City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof held on the
3rd day of August,1976, by the following vote:

NOES : None
